Sura 59 – Exile / Banishment (Al-Hashr)

Exile / Banishment (Al-Hashr) Revealed at: Medina Sura: 59 Part: 28  Total Ayats: 24
	In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent and Lenient
	Section 1
1	Whatever’s in the Heavens and Earth glorifies Allah. the All-Mighty, All-Wise
2	it is He who caused the Disbelievers among People of the Book to leave their homes at the first exile. you didn’t think they would and they thought their fortress like homes will save them from Allah. but Allah’s wrath came from where they didn’t expect and made them so terrified that they themselves destroyed their own homes with their own hands and believers. “O’ you with Eyes!”
3	if Allah hadn’t banished them then certainly He would’ve punished them in this World and with Fire in the Hereafter
4	because they were against Allah and His Messenger, and whosoever opposes Allah. Allah punishes severely
5	whether you cut down the Palm trees or leave them standing on their roots is by Allah’s leave. in order to puzzle the Disbelievers
6	whatever Allah gave His Messenger from them (as booty) , you did not ride on Horses or Camels for it: Allah gives power to His Messenger over anyone He wills. Allah has power over all
7	whatever Allah gives His Messenger as spoils from people of the township that belongs to Allah, His Messenger and orphans and needy not as article of trade among the rich. so take whatever the messenger gives and leave what he forbids. fear Allah for Allah is strict in punishment
8	and for the poor refugees who were driven out of their homes and are seeking Allah’s bounty, helping Allah and his messenger. they are the loyal ones
9	those who entered the City and faith, loving the refugee who came to them and were not greedy of their things but preferred them over themselves. such will achieve prosperity
10	those who came later say “our Lord forgive us and our brethren before us. don’t place bitterness in our hearts. our Lord you are most-Kind and Lenient” Section 2
11	haven’t you seen the hypocrites saying to their disbelieving brethrens among the people of the book “if you are driven out we too will leave with you and not listen to anyone against you and if attacked we will help you” but Allah is witness that they are liars
12	if they are expelled they’ll never leave with them nor help if attacked, even if they did help they would’ve turned and fled. then they wouldn’t have been helped
13	you are feared more because of terror in their hearts by Allah for they are people who understand not
14	they won’t fight together except from fortified Townships or from behind the walls, fighting strongly, making you think they are united, no their hearts are divided because they are senseless folks
15	like those just before them  who tasted the evil results of their conduct they too will taste the same painful punishment
16	just like Satan who says to Human Being “deny Allah” when they do he says “i’ve nothing to do with you, i fear Allah Lord of the Worlds”
17	the result for both is Fire living there forever. such is wrongdoer’s reward Section 3
18	Believers! fear Allah and let every Soul look to what they’ve sent forth for their tomorrow. fear Allah for He knows your doings
19	don’t be like those who forgot Allah and He made them forget their own Souls. such are evil doers
20	not equal are those who got the Fire and those who got Paradise. it’s those who get Paradise are the victorious
21	had we sent this Quran on a Mountain you would’ve seen it humbled and breaking in fear of Allah. such similarity We gave to mankind to reflect
22	Allah is He. no God but He. knower of Invisible and Visible, He is most-Beneficent, most Lenient
23	Allah is He. other than whom? for there is no other God: the Sovereign, the Holy, Source of Peace, Keeper of Faith, the Guardian, the Majestic, the All Powerful, the Superb, glorified be Allah above all the partners they associate Him with!
24	He is Allah the Creator and Designer out of nothing the Fashioner He has the most beautiful Names and all in the Heavens and Earth glorifies Him the All-Mighty All-Wise
