Holy Quran Chapters

Welcome to Quran Made Simple

**By the Grace of Allah, I have now completed the translation and uploaded the entire Holy Quran (from Sura 1 through to 114, grouped into 30 parts)**

Quran Made Simple is a literal translation of the Holy Quran from its source in Arabic into plain English. The words have been carefully selected to be as simple, clear and concise as possible, in order to make it accessible to a wide, global audience, including both young and old alike.  The translation is literal in that it tries to mirror the order of the Arabic words used in the Holy Quran and provides a word for word translation. In this way, the translation hopes to stay true to the original text, without introducing interpretation.

This translation is the culmination of approximately 25+ years of careful and diligent research. I have reviewed multiple translations of the holy book and explored countless dictionaries and thesauruses. I have discussed words, phrases and paragraphs with learned scholars and language experts, in order to find the closest, simplest and clearest words for the translation. The translation is literal in that it tries to mirror the order of the Arabic words used in the Holy Quran and provides a word for word translation. Over the years I have refined and edited, as I have continued to learn and tried my utmost to use the right words. While I hope to continue always to learn and to keep improving the text, I hope primarily to have simplified this incredible holy text.  With my work, I hope to have opened the Holy Quran up to future, digital generations to read and understand its extraordinary miracle.
